Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Agreement“) is a legally binding agreement between the user (“User”, “Client”, or “you“) and Stealth Data, LLC, a Missouri Limited Liability Company with its principal office at 4700 Belleview Ave., Suite 100C, Kansas City, Missouri 64112, USA (“Stealth Data“ or “ID”) or collectively known as “Parties” “We” or “Us”. 

Please make sure you fully understand the contents of this Agreement. If you have any doubts about any of your rights and obligations resulting from your acceptance of this Agreement, please consult us or obtain legal counsel.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NEITHER CONTINUE WITH THE PROCESS OF PLATFORM REGISTRATION NOR FURTHER USE THE SERVICES.

We want to clarify our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion. Please read these terms carefully BEFORE making your purchase. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our monthly/annual software subscriptions as well as the service contained therein, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms and conditions of this refund policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms and conditions of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us. NO REFUNDS FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS:

All monthly purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Thus, no refund will be issued once Buyer purchases a monthly software subscription and the services contained therein. It’s up to the customer purchasing the software to evaluate the fit of the software and the services contained therein for their business/company prior to purchasing.

REFUNDS FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION:

If you subscribe to one of our annual plans, Buyer’s are eligible for a refund within 24 hours after we receive your payment only. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at [email protected].Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid month’s term. In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for use with all information necessary to issue a refund. Stealth Data reserves the right to prorate your refund from the time services were started to the time it was cancelled.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and remove your access to the Stealth Data platform without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms and Conditions or become verbally abusive to our staff, salesperson or account representatives. 

In addition, the Buyer understands that access to the Stealth Data platform, software, pixel, email system, data, videos, and documentation terminates when the refund is processed.

REFUND PROCESSING:

Refunds are processed by the same payment processor you used to subscribe. Refunds are issued up to 7 business days after they are requested. The actual date of receiving the refund depends on the payment processor and the method of payment. Refunds through a credit card company may take up to two months. This period of time is outside our control.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY:

This refund policy can be updated at any time, without prior notice and is applicable immediately and retroactively for all subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and its acceptance is mandatory for all users.
